毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江省农产品出口应对反倾销机制研究 摘 要 当今反倾销已经成为阻碍我国农产品出口的主要非关税壁垒之一，面对愈演愈烈的对华反倾销态势，如何有效规避国外的反倾销调查，是当前农产品行业急需解决的问题。而浙江省作为中国的农业大省，反倾销对浙江省农产品出口的消极影响不容忽视，面对各国日益频繁的反倾销态势，及早建立健全应对反倾销的预警机制和应对机制显得尤为重要。 本文从理论和实践的角度，对浙江省农产品出口遭遇的反倾销问题以及应对和预警机制进行研究。文章首先阐述了倾销、反倾销及其应对机制等理论的涵义。其次，对浙江省遭遇的反倾销进行研究然后通过案例分析得出相应的启示。最后有针对性的提出反倾销相关的应对机制和应对措施。 关键词：外贸；反倾销；应对机制；预警机制Abstract Nowadays anti-dumping has already become one of the main barriers of our country agricultural product’s exportation, facing increasingly fierce to Chinese anti-dumping situation, how to avoid the overseas’ anti-dumping investigation effectively is the problem should be solved urgently. As Zhejiang Province takes Chinas agricultural big province, the negative effect to Zhejiang agricultural product export which is produced by anti-dumping should not be neglected, facing other countries frequent anti-dumping situation, the establishment of the anti-dumping warning system and the anti-dumping tackle system appears especially important. From the theory and the practice angle, the article investigates the problem that Zhejiang agricultural product export encounter anti-dumping, the establishment of the anti-dumping warning system and the anti-dumping tackle system. Firstly, the article elaborates the theory of the dumping, anti-dumping and the anti-dumping tackle mechanism. Secondly, the article analyse the present situation of Zhejiang agricultural product export and the characteristics, the influence, the reason it suffers from anti-dumping. Zhejiang agricultural product export status including four sides: on one hand, export rise and industrial structure optimize; on the other hand, not only the market demand from Europe and America become strong, but also the other market created; moreover, the income of the export enterprises decrease while the farmers’ increase; the last one, opportunity accompany with challenge.
