毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江宁海模具出口的发展现状及对策研究 摘 要 作为“工业之母”的模具是基础工艺装备，模具出口构成宁海出口贸易的重要组成部份，模具生产技术水平是衡量一个国家装备制造业水平的重要标志。 本文以宁海模具出口的现状和对策为研究对象，通过出口总量，出口种类和出口国家地区的分析，对宁海模具2007到2009年的出口情况进行了总结和相应的分析，在此基础上得出宁海模具所存在的问题，在加工技术能力、资金、人才配备、品牌战略上有所欠缺，并从宁海模具出口所具有的优势，在出口产业、技术质量、模具城效应和宁海地位上占有优势，相反，在产品附加值上和人民币升值压力下的模具出口状况以及在企业管理水平，信息化、专业化、商业化的应用程度上都有所偏低进行劣势分析。提出相应的对策:对宁海出口结构进行调整，引导上市，提高技术水平，规范企业操作，培养人才，推广宁海模具品牌。 关键词：宁海模具；出口；问题；技术；对策 Abstract As the mother of industrial mold is the foundation process equipment, mould exports constitute ninghai export trade, form an important part of mould manufacturing technology level to measure a country is an important symbol of the equipment manufacturing industry level. Based on the present situation and mould ninghai export countermeasures as the research object, by exports total export countries, export types and the analysis of peaceful sea area, 2009 mold 2007 export situation are summarized and the corresponding analysis, based on the existing that mold ninghai in processing technology ability, capital, personnel, brand strategy, and lack of somewhat on from ninghai mould exports superiority in export industry, technology, quality, mould city effect and ninghai status, instead, has an advantage in the value-added products under pressure and renminbi appreciation in the mould export status and management level of the enterprise, the informationization, specialization, commercial application degree on low somewhat on disadvantages. Put forward the corresponding countermeasures: export structure of ninghai adjustment, guide listed, raises the technical level, standardize enterprise operation, training talents, promote ninghai mold brand.
