Results Radical hysterectomy and cesarean w ere the ordinary reasons for damnification of urinary system about surgery of gynecology and obstetric. Damnification of ureter and bladder were t he serious com lications that w ere relatively common. Conclusions Damnification of urinary system about surgery of gynecology and obstetric w as the infrequent but serious com lication. Exact diagnoses of reo eration( including character of disease, range, relation w ith around viscera) , acquaintance w ith dissection of elvis, criteria of o eration w ere t he critical a roaches. Ureter intubatton or anastomose and remedy of bladder w ere the main thera y.
