However, the rea son s for th is are comp lex, and the trad itional so lu tion s in term s of law and adm in istration have certain lim itation s; thu s a new powerfu l and comp rehen sive invo lvem en t is needed. A s a comp rehen sive sp ecialized movem en t to help the pub lic, social work in terfere s w ith m edical disp u te in sp ecialized value s and scien tific m ethod s by p roviding the p atien t or h is/ her fam ily m embers w ith coun seling and service so that they cou ld comm un icate w ith the ho sp ital more effectively, and h igh ly m an ife sts the m edical eth ic s and modern hum an istic m edical sp irit.
