! ： Science and Technology Innovation Herald 创 新 教 育 高校合作教育支持模式探析① 周劲松 (中国地质大学工程学院 湖北武汉 430074) 摘 要：合作教育是一种将学生在学校的理论学习与在企业或机构中参与有计划、有督导、有报酬的实际工作经历结合起来的教育模式，其成功 的关键在于建立高校 雇主或用人单位，学生，政府等多主体之间实现共赢的合作机制。文章分析了高等教育中支持合作教育的因素，介绍了合 作教育的支持模式：学制与课程改革、组织与安排、服务与管理机构以及政府的主导作用；探讨了符合我国国情的合作教育支持模式，期望对应 用型创新人才的培养提供一定的借鉴。 关键词：合作教育 培养模式 工学结合 中图分类号：G649．21 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674—098X(2012)12(a)一0184-02 ExplorationofUniversity CooperativeEducation SupportMode JingsongZhou China UniversityofGeoscience8 W uhan430074，Hubei，China ， Abstract：The practice ofcooperativeeducation in universities is an educationalmode thatcombinesthe theoreticalstudyof students in schools and the remunerative work experience under management and supervision in business companies or organizations together．The key to its SuccesS is to build a multiple win—win cooperation mechanism for universities，employers，students and government．This paper analyzes the advantages of cooperative education in higher education and influencing factors．The paper states the important function of government in management services and the key actioas of universities in education and curriculum reform aswell as in organization and arrangement services for carrying out the educational system of cooperation．Upon the survey and understanding of the stated co--op education system，this paper also proposes a co--op education mechanism suitable for practicing in Chinese university education with a view to the cultivation of innovative talents in China． Key words：Cooperativeeducati
