基于马斯洛需求理论的大学生幸福感研究 河南财经政法大学 张志超、陈利明、魏雪云 摘 要 随着物质生活的日益丰富，人们的幸福标准也越来越高。大学生面临着各种社会压力，其中就业问题尤为突出，而且直接影响着大学生的幸福感。大学生幸福感的研究虽然是当前的热门课题，但应用结构方程模型进行定量分析的文章并不多见。本研究以河南财经政法大学在校大学生为调查对象，采取设计有针对性的调查问卷和量表获得数据，运用结构方程模型建立模型，进行定量分析和实证研究。根据模型参数估计结果，研究发现：尊重和自我实现是对大学生幸福感影响最大的因素；大学生幸福感五个方面（生理需求、安全需求、社交需求、尊重需求及自我实现）的影响因素呈现出相邻因素相互影响大于不相邻间的影响；生理需求的因子负荷呈现出较高的水平等。通过研究与探讨，本小组提出建议：建立适合当代大学生的幸福感评价体系、加强大学生心理健康教育、打造多元的校园文化，以及构建能力施展的平台等建设性建议，以期为相关部门制定政策提供一孔之见。 关键词：马斯洛；大学生心理；幸福感；结构方程模型 Abstract With the increasingly rich material life, peoples happiness standards higher and higher. Students face a variety of social pressures, including the employment problem is particularly prominent, but also directly affect the well-being of students. Although happiness research of campus is the current hot topic, but the application of structural equation model (SEM) for quantitative analysis of articles is rare. The research team specifically to Henan University of Economics and Law for the survey of college students to take the design of targeted questionnaires and scales to obtain data, build models using structural equation modeling, quantitative analysis and empirical research. Through exploration and research team members found that: respect and self-realization is the greatest impact on college students happiness factor; students well-being in five areas (physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, to respect the needs and self-realization) of the factors showing adjacent factors affect each other influence than among non-adjacent; physiological needs of the factor loadings show a higher level and so on. Through research and discussion for the team members proposed to establish a system of well-being of students evaluation system; strengthen mental health education; create a diverse campus culture, building a platform to display their ability and other constructive proposals to the relevant department of the relevant documents as provided suggestion.
