唑菌酯对8种蔬菜病原菌的生物活性

摘 要：通过盆栽试验测定了唑菌酯对8种蔬菜病原菌的生物活性。结果表明，其对黄瓜灰霉病菌
Botrytiscinerea、黄 瓜 霜 霉 病 菌 Pseudoperonosporacubensis、黄 瓜 炭 疽 病 菌 Colletotrichum
orbiculare、黄瓜褐斑病菌Corynesporacassiicola和黄瓜黑星病菌Cladosporiumcucumerinum具有
较高活性，EC50值分别为9．457、12．69、11．09、6．453和4．106mg／L。其中，在 250mg／L浓度下唑
菌酯处理的防病效果与对照药剂嘧菌酯相当，防效大于75％。田间药效试验结果表明，20％ 唑菌
酯悬浮剂有效成分80mg／L对黄瓜霜霉病的防效达 82．78％。
