Logistics services is the basis for the development of modern port. In order to explore the formation mechanism of the existing port logistics service mode, we base on the existing literature, and then to analysis of the existing port. Besides, we use a method of literature survey to find distribution center service mode (hereinafter referred to as: 25 the mode of distribution centers) formation mechanism: market competition and policy guidance; core supply chain services port model (hereinafter referred to as: supply chain model) formation mechanism: competition in the market, policy guidance, and the development of information technology and enterprise ideas shift.
