I II 摘 要 本文主要是对有关战国到秦末的五种秦牍作一略析，共分七部分。第一部分以 学术回顾方式介绍了五种秦牍概况，并提出了在行文中应用的研究方法。第二部分 主要分析木牍家书反映出的黑夫与惊的家庭状况、“母亲”这个角色在家庭的位置、 秦军功制、秦国货币发行流通、秦军服与衣物供给及秦汉邮传业等问题。第三部分 主要将岳山《日书》与睡虎地秦简《日书》略作比较，析出异同，同时对《日书》 表现出的对时间“重视与管理”这一根本意义作一略析。第四部分对云梦龙岗 6 号 秦墓木牍的字词、句读及由牍文引发的有关墓主人、木牍的性质、沙羡地望、写作 日期等一系列问题进行辨析。第五部分以秦二世历谱木牍为基础，将同时出土的秦 始皇三十四年历谱与汉元光元年历谱比附来略论秦代及秦汉之际的我国历法制度。 第六部分综合诸家之考释，对祭祀对象，玉版性质及透露出来的一些思想进行了分 析。第七部分，在结语中对《青川为田律》作了简单介绍，同时对文章主体之间的 关联作一补充说明。 关键词：秦牍 家书 《日书》 “判决书” 历谱 玉牍 III Abstract This article,which altogether is divided into seven parts,mainly discusses five kinds of Qin wooden strips from the Warring States period to the late period of the Qin Dynasty. The first part mainly recalls five conditions of Qin wooden strips in an academic way and shows the research methods in the language of the application. The second part mainly analysises some problems reflected by wooden strips family letter,such as Hei Fu and Jing’s family status ,the location of “mother”in the family,the devoation system of the Qin army, the currency circulation of Qin,Qin Army’s uniform and its supply and the Qin and Han Period’s postal service and so on. The third part makes a brief comparison about Yue Mountain’s Day BookandDay Bookin Shui Hu,and it shows the similarities and differences between them.At the same time,this part also simply analysises the fundamental significance reflected by treating seriously and managing time in this book. The forth Part on the 6th of Yunmeng longgang tomb is about Qin wooden strips of words, sentences and reading text slips caused by the owner of the tomb of the people, the nature of wooden slips, sand looking envy, writing a series of issues such as the date of analysis.
