媒介尺度论：对传播本土性和全球性的考察与度量 邵培仁 夏源 （浙江大学传播研究所 浙江 杭州 310028） [摘要]媒介尺度既是指考察和度量媒介体征、形式和内容的计量单位，是对管理法度和制度的要求、对实践水平或状况的期待，也是指为保持媒介的质的稳定性对量的界限、幅度和范围的把度。在各种媒介尺度中，本土性和全球性是争论最激烈的两种尺度。但是，人们对两种尺度过分向相反的目标和方向运行给予了太多关注，反而忽略了两者过度亲近和融合形成的“全球本土性” 或文化“和平演变”对本土性带来的更大伤害。要建构良好的媒介尺度机制，就是要把握好本土性与全球性之间辩证统一的生态关系，处理好媒介尺度两端或中间的矛盾或融合的关节点和临界点，努力将各种矛盾关系置于一种互动互助、共进共演、和谐协调、整体均衡、不偏不倚、恰到好处的张力状态。 [关键词] 媒介地理 媒介尺度 本土性 全球性 传播理论 On Media Scale: A Theoretical Analysis and Measurement of the Aboriginality and Globality of Communication Shao Pei-ren Xia Yuan (Communication Studies Institute, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310028) [Abstract] As a requirement for legal system and institution management and expectation for the level or condition of practice, media scale can be referred to a unit of measurement, which examines and measures media signs, form and content, and also the grasp on the boundaries, the scale and scope of quantity in order to maintain the stability of quality in media. Among a variety of medium scales, the aboriginality and globality is the most controversial scales. However, as too much concern has been given to the overwhelmingly running to the opposite direction and destination of the two scales, a more great harm to aboriginality caused by the “glocality” or cultural “peaceful evolution”, which formed by the over-closeness and over-integration between aboriginality and globality, has been ignored. In order to construct a sound media scale mechanism, the worlds dialectical united ecological relationship between the aboriginality and globality should be well grasped, the joint point and the critical point of the contradiction or integration in the end or middle of the scale should be successfully dealt with, and all kinds of contradictory relations should be placed in a mutual interacted, together performed, harmonious, overall balanced, impartial and appropriate tension state.
