意外发现胆囊癌的治疗体会

【摘要】 目的 探讨意外发现胆囊癌 的治疗 。方法 回顾性分析 4 年间收治的 27 例 意外胆囊癌 ( UGC) 的治疗情况 。
结果 随访结果显示行胆囊癌根治术的患者平均生存 22 个月 , 仅行单纯胆囊切 除术的患者平 均生存 10 个 月。结 论 发
现 UGC 的患者应尽早行胆囊癌根治术 。
