Economics The Study On The Investment Effect Of Rules Of Origin In The Regional Economic Integration 2  3 4 摘 要 摘 要 随着世界经济的发展，原产地规则在国际贸易中的地位日益重要，在原产地规则的 发展过程中，其作为实施不同的贸易政策工具的作用逐渐成为世界各国普遍关心和重视 的问题。20 世纪 90 年代以来,区域经济一体化以不可抵挡的势头迅速遍及全球现已呈 现“三分天下”的态势。在这些区域集团的贸易往来当中不可避免的要涉及到产品的原 产地问题，那么各个成员国之间的原产地标准的认定是怎样的以及随着原产地规则在各 个国家的实施它所带来的投资效应又如何，成为值得关注的问题。本文通过理论与实践 相结合的方法，首先对原产地规则的重要性做了简要说明，然后进一步阐述了原产地规 则对贸易投资产生影响的机理，最后对它所产生的投资效应做了详细的描述。 本文共分为五大部分：第一部分主要对国内外原产地规则的研究现状做了简要的描 述。第二部分对于原产地规则的界定做了详细的说明。第三部分就原产地规则对投资影 响的机理和效果进行了理论分析。第四部分就实施原产地规则所产生的投资效应做出了 实践分析。第五部分在总结了上述的研究后对于我国自贸区的原产地规则在投资方面目 前所存在的问题给出了相应的对策建议。  关键词  投资 原产地规则 关税壁垒  I  5 Abstract Abstract With the development of world economy ,the rules of origin is an increasingly important position in international trade. In the process of development of the rules of origin, the rules of origin is becoming a universal concern and attention of the world as the implementation of the role of the different instruments of trade policy. Since the 1990s, regional economic integration throughout the world with the irresistible forces and now showing the trend of “Third of the world”.It Inevitably involves to the origin of the product as the trade of these regional groups. Then how to identified the rules of origin between the various Member States and with the implementation of the rules of origin in the various countries what investment effect it will bring is a matter of concern.In this paper, with the method of combining theory and practice,we can make a brief description of the importance of rules of origin,firstly and then further elaborated the mechanism that the rules of origin will impact the investment.we can do the details into the description that the ru
