Acts of unfair competition would harm the legitimate rights and interests of operators and consumers, and undermine the good order of market competition. Therefore it is prohibited by every national law. Many countries have passed specific legislation that is comprehensive, strict and detailed requirements on commercial defamation in order to prevention and management of commercial defamation the occurrence and spread in this way. However, the market economy is not perfect, and the lack of knowledge of commercial defamation and comprehensive studies when Chinas Anti-Unfair Competition Law is enacted.
