（　20　届） 本科毕业论文 排队论的综述与应用 摘要: 排队论(Queuing theory), 或称随机服务系统理论, 是通过对服务对象到来及服务时间的统计研究，得出这些数量指标（等待时间、排队长度、忙期长短等）的统计规律，然后根据这些规律来改进服务系统的结构或重新组织被服务对象，使得服务系统既能满足服务对象的需要，又能使机构的费用最经济或某些指标最优.它是数学运筹学的分支学科.也是研究服务系统中排队现象随机规律的学科. 本文首先给出排队论，排队系统的定义、结构，接下来叙述了排队论的排队模型，排队论常用模型分类，排队模型常数．然后叙述了各种排队模型，如单服务台排队模型、多服务台排队模型、一般排队的服务模型等.最后介绍了排队系统优化及排队论的实际应用. 关键字:排队论；排队系统；排队模型 Review and application of queuing theory Abstract：Queuing theory (queuing guys), or call the theory of stochastic service system is through to the service objects, come and service time statistical studies, draw the statistical rules of those quantity indexes (waiting time, queue length, busy period length etc.), then according to these improve service system structure or reorganized serviced objects, make service system can meet the service objects need, and can make the agency use the best of their money or make some indexes optimal. It is a branch of mathematical operational research, and also researches random rule of queuing phenomenon in services system . This paper firstly presents the queuing system of queuing theory, the definition, structure, then describes the queue theory, queuing model, classification of common queuing models, queuing model constant, then describes various queuing models, such as single desk queuing model、many desk queuing model、general queuing service model etc. Finally, describes the queuing system optimization and the practical applications of queuing theory.
