醫療用手術器械小針刀之改良研究 The Study of Small Needle Scalpel in the Application of Medical Therapy 張應吉* 李文興Jir-Ging Chang* Wun-Hsing Lee 國立台北科技大學機電整合研究所 摘 要 本研究是將醫療手術時所用之小針刀器具 Needle Scalpel ，改良設計與製造成具經濟效益捨棄式的手術醫療器具，以符合現代人對醫療器具衛生的要求，可避免於治療時，由針刀器具傳染Ｂ型肝炎或AIDS等疾病。經過幾代的改良研究，結果顯示，最佳之小針刀刀具，是用透明壓克力材質的針刀柄，並且配合A.I.S.I 420 系列的不銹鋼針刀製造。本研究研製完成的小針刀具包括有：針刀柄，設計成拱門形狀，在刀柄縱向處取中心點鑽孔，以便插進有刀刃的針刀，然後在其側邊攻出螺絲孔，再用螺絲將所插入的小針刀針身刀刃固定使用。針刀針身長介於50 mm ~ 130 mm的長度，以適合人體不同部位、胖瘦或不同的治療深度，刀刃部分則研磨成寬1 mm，刀刃斜度長10 mm之刀口，並採用無菌包裝方式。研製後之小針刀已嚐試用在人體臨床實驗上。 關鍵字：醫療手術、小針刀、壓克力、不銹鋼、臨床實驗 投稿受理時間： 92年11月26日 審查通過時間：93年6月18日 Abstracts The primary purpose of this research is to design and manufacture the small needle scalpel in the application of medical therapy. In order to eliminate the possibility of infection from the treatments of diseases such as hepatitis B or AIDS, It is necessary to develop a disposable surgical needle scalpel to comply with the demand of modern people for the hygienic medical equipments. After several generation modifications, a successful needle scalpel is manufactured. The technological results showed that a needle scalpel made up of acrylic material for needle handle combined with stainless steel A.I.S.I 420 needle is best. This needle scalpel consists of arc-shape designed needle handle and there is a drilled hole to let the needle insert in, which is fastened by a thread screw. The length of needle scalpel ranges from 50 mm ~ 130 mm is to fit different size of human body and necessary operation depth of the pains. The needle edge is polished into 1 mm wide and has 10 mm length of the needle edge in its slope. The produced needle scalpel is sterilized and packed and has been demonstrated in clinical application in current study.
