临床医学论文-单钉-沟槽柱翼钢板联合WDFC治疗腰椎滑脱症 ???????? 作者：张卫 朱正兵 谭远超 刘峻 邵诗泽 张恩忠 罗永忠? 【关键词】? 腰椎滑脱 ??? 摘? 要：［目的］研究和评价单钉-沟槽柱翼钢板联合WDFC后路椎间融合在治疗腰椎滑脱的效应。［方法］对62例腰椎峡部裂并腰椎滑脱的患者施行单钉-沟槽柱翼钢板联合WDFC后路椎间融合术，观察患者术前术后和随诊期间Tailard指数、Boxall指数、滑脱角、腰椎生理前凸角、椎间隙高度指数的变化，同时观察神经症状、体征、临床疗效及融合率。［结果］本组62例平均随访243个月（17～35个月），术后与术前Tailard指数、Boxall指数、滑脱角、腰椎生理前凸角、椎间隙高度指数有显著差异性（P＜001），术后与随访无显著性差异（P＞005），优良率935％，改善率968％，融合率100％。［结论］单钉-沟槽柱翼钢板联合WDFC后路椎间融合术具有复位良好，内固定可靠，保持椎间隙生理高度和节段稳定、融合率高等优点。 　　关键词：腰椎滑脱；? 外科治疗；? 椎间融合 　　Treatment of lumbar spondylisthesis with single nail groove tail steel plate combined with Wendeng fusion cage 　　　Abstract：［Objective］To investigate the effect of single nail and groove tail steel plate combined with Wendeng fusion cage in the treatment of lumbar spondylisthesis［Method］A total of 62 cases of lumbar spondylisthesis were operated with single nail and groove tail steel plate combined with Wendeng fusion cagePre and postoperative clinical data were collected and compared as following:Tailard index,Boxall index,the spondylisthesis angle,anterior process angle,height of intervetebral spaceThe nerosymdrom,physical sign,clinical effect and fusion rate were also observed［Result］All cases were followed up for an average of 243 months(ranged,17~35 months)Tailard index,Boxall index,spondylisthesis angle,anterior process angle,and height of intervetebral space showed significant difference between pre and postoperativelyThe satisfactory rate was 935%,the improving rate was 968%,and the fusion rate was 100%［Conclusion］Single nail groove tail steel plate combined with Wendeng fusion cage has advantages of good reduction,strong fixation,firm intervertebral height,and high fusion rateIt is a satisfactory method to treat lumbar spondylisthesis 　　Key words：lumbar spondylisthesis；?
