第3讲 开展工作研究的步骤 The step of work study 工作研究应该作为企业一项经常性的工作，积极加以组织实施。 工作研究的工作任务和目标应该根据企业经营管理总目标来制定。 The workstudy should be taken as an everyday work that should be taken into practice positively in corporation. The objective and mission of workstudy should be determined according to corporation’s general management target. 开展工作研究的步骤 The step of work study 工作研究工作和其他经常性工作相比的一个显著的特点是，工作研究的工作任务通常带有项目性质、并按项目来组织实施的。 项目可大可小，可多可少，要根据实际需要和可以动员的人力、物力和财力来确定。 Compared with other usual work, One of the notable characteristics of workstudy is that the missions of workstudy are usually with the project character and are organized according to the project. Whether the project is big or small, little or much depends on the actual requirement and the resource such as manpower, material and financial that can be taken advantage of. 工作研究组织实施七个基本步骤： Work study is carried out by 7 steps: 选择和确定项目 Choose and confirm the project 观察现行方法，记录全部事实 Observe the current method and record. 严格考查记录的事实，寻求改进方案 Investigate strictly to find improving project 评价和拟定新方案 Evaluate and draft the new project 制定作业标准及时间标准 Establish work standard and time standard 新方案的组织实施 Implement the new project 检查和评价 Check and evaluate 步骤 1：选择和确定项目 Step1:Choose and confirm the project “问题意识problem consciousness” “永不满足现状never be satisfied with the present condition” 这是开展工作研究的原动力. All the things mentioned above are motivation to start work study. 开展工作研究的步骤 The step of work study 关注what should be noticed： 影响企业经营计划实施的关键性问题，其中包括提高薄弱环节、部门的生产能力 The key problems that affect management plan’s being implemented include improving the weak point and production of department. 与企业实施重大的技术改造措施结合起来，参与调整和改进原有的生产流程和作业流程 Together with the fatal reform technique applied in corporation, it can used to adjust and improve the original process of production and operation. 与企业采用新工艺新技术结合起来，调整劳动组织和设备平面布置，改进操作方法等 It is supposed to be together with new technique and craft adopted and empl
