临床医学论文-肠粘连组织中MMP-3和TIMP-1的表达及意义 【摘要】? 目的 观察MMP-3和TIMP-1与肠粘连的相关性及意义。方法 选取60只SD雄大鼠随机分为两组（n=30）,B组制成大鼠肠粘连模型，A组为正常对照组，分别于造模第2、7、14天各处死10只，分别取小肠浆膜粘连，应用免疫组化和图像分析的方法测定粘连组织中MMP-3和TIMP-1蛋白的表达。结果 术后2天组，粘连组织中MMP-3和TIMP-1的含量升高，与正常对照组相比，差异有显著性（P＜0.01）；术后7天组，粘连组织中MMP-3含量降低；而TIMP-1的含量升高至峰值，与术后2天组相比，差异有显著性（P＜0.01）；术后14天组，粘连组织中MMP-3含量继续降低，TIMP-1的含量略为下降，但两者含量都已基本稳定。与术后7天组及术后2天组相比，差异均有显著性（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。结论 MMP-3、TIMP-1在手术后不同时期的不同表达可能在肠粘连的形成中发挥一定作用。 【关键词】? 基质金属蛋白酶-3；组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1；肠粘连 ??? 【Abstract】? Objective? To study the clinical significance and correlation of matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) in intestinal adhesion. Methods?Sixty SD male 有rats were randomly allocated to two groups, B group was 30 rats with postoperative intestinal adhesion ,A group was normal. Ten experimental rats were sacrificed on the 2nd,7th and 14th day after injection, respectively. Take adhesive tissue of small intestine respectively, the expression of MMP-3 and TIMP-1 in adhesive tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry assay and image analysis. Results? The expression of MMP-3 and TIMP-1 in adhesive tissues on the 2 day after surgery were significantly higher than those of normal group(P＜0.01）; MMP-3 contents in adhesive tissues on the 7 day after surgery were significantly lower than the 2 day after surgery(P＜0.01）;but the peak time of TIMP-1 contents was on the 7 day after surgery; MMP-3 contents in adhesive tissues continued to lower on the 14 day, TIMP-1 contents descended just a little, but both of their contents had been basic stability already. Compare to the group of 7 day after surgery and that of 2 day after surgery, there was significant difference（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）.Conclusion?
