摘 要 本设计为杭州市人民政府办公大楼空调工程设计，大楼共十一层, 总建筑面积16937.2㎡，包括一楼大厅，办公室,娱乐室,结算室,调解室,信访室等功能间。通过方案比较，在负荷计算的基础上，采用了风机盘管加新风和全空气两种空调系统形式。风机盘管为卧式暗装，新风不承担室内负荷水管用泡沫橡塑保温风管离心玻璃棉ABSTRACT The air conditioning engineering of Hangzhou people’s govement office building. On the base of cooling load, heating load and moisture load calculation, primary air fan-coil system and all air system are adopted by way of technical and economic analysis. The fresh air doesn’t undertake indoor load and delivers air through double deflection grille after mixing the return air in the horizontal recessed fan coil. The return air is harnessed one time by the air handling unit in the all air system The first floor of the hall adoption of side air,and the handled air is delivered through double deflection grille by sidewall air supply. The fresh air is supplied by hole or shaft and handled by the fresh air handling unit. Cold and hot and cold water source unit using lithium bromide. The thermal insulation material of water pipe and air duct are foam plastics and centrifugal glass wool respectively.Cooling tower selction of circular countercourrent.System pressrue use of expansion tank ways and lay it on the top of the building. Measures of noise elimination, damp, fire prevention and smoke extraction is considered during the design. The whole system process to achieve high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection purposes in the design.
