engineeringprojectanditsprojectmanagementteamhavenotenoughtimeand
energytodealwiththeinformationmanagementwork,thusendangeringthe
decisionqualiytbecauseoflackofinformationsupportindecisionmaking.
ProjectControllingcomesintobeingasasolution.
AsakindofadvancedconsultingforLSEproject,ProjectControlling
focusesoninformationmanagementandprocessing.Itsmaintaskcontains
collectinginformationrfomconstructionprocess,processinginformationand
supplyconsultingreportstotheowner.Inordertoaccomplishingitsworkina
regularandscientificway,theprojectcontrollingteammustmapoutaschemefor
itsworkatthebeginning.Theschemeisinformation-processingplanningof
projectcontrolling.Theprojectcontrollingteammusttakeitasguidetoaction.
Soitisimportanttoresearchthecontentsoftheplanning.
Basedon thetheoryofProjectManagement,ControllingTheory,
InformationTheoryandexperienceofmanyprojects,withreferencetomany
nationalandinternationaldata,thisthesisputsoutandstudiesmaincontentsof
projectcontrolling information processing planning.First,the thesis
systematicallyanalyzestheconcept,organization,methodandinstrumentof
projectcontrolling.ThenitdefinesthecontentsofthePlanning:theprinciplesof
establishinginformationclassificationcodingsystem,ProjectControlling
Reportsystem,theworkflowrules.
