临床医学论文-饮酒、吸烟及幽门螺杆菌对胃部疾病患者血清、涎液和胃液中人表皮生长因子的影响 【摘要】? 目的 探讨饮酒、吸烟及幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染对胃部疾病患者体液表皮生长因子（hEGF）的影响。方法 对来我院作胃镜检查的患者随机采样，采用快速尿素酶试验与组织学检测确诊幽门螺杆菌感染，通过问卷方式确定患者饮酒、吸烟的情况，hEGF测定用放射免疫分析法（RIA）。结果 196例受检者中血清、涎液和胃液中hEGF水平，饮酒组与不饮酒组比较，P0.01,吸烟组与不吸烟组比较，P0.05,烟酒嗜好组与无烟酒嗜好组比较，P0.025，上述各组血清中hEGF水平均差异有显著性,而各组涎液和胃液中hEGF水平的比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。Hp（+）组与Hp（-）组比较，血清中差异无统计学意义（P0.05），而涎液和胃液中hEGF水平Hp（+）组均显著低于Hp（-）组，P0.005。结论 饮酒、吸烟者血清中hEGF水平显著增高，与胃癌的发病可能有关;幽门螺杆菌感染者涎液和胃液中hEGF水平显著降低，与消化性溃疡的发病密切相关。 【关键词】? 饮酒 吸烟 人表皮生长因子 幽门螺杆菌 ??? Objective?To investigate the levels of hEGF in serum,saliva and gastric juice of patients with gastric diseases by drinking,smoking and Hp.Methods?Patients were diagnosed by Hp infection through rapid urease test and histology detection.Drinking and smoking conditions were investigated by questionnaire.hEGF was detected by RIA.Results?Among 196 cases,the levels of hEGF in serum of drinking and non-drinking groups,smoking and non-smoking groups,drinking with smoking and non-drinking with non-smoking groups were different,and the differences were significant respectively.But the levels of hEGF in saliva and gastric juice were not different.The levels of hEGF in serum of Hp（+） and Hp（-） groups were not different,but in saliva and gastric juice were different,and the Hp（+） group was lower than Hp（-） group.Conclusion?
