内蒙古科技大学 课程设计 题 目：人事管理系统调研 学生姓名：柳秀娟 学 号：0708138105 专 业：信息管理与信息系统 班 级：信管2007 指导教师：王 威 副教授 【摘要】企业人事管理系统主要用来管理联系人群组信息、联系人信息、人事和人事。它可以保存公司内部所有的人事资料，给用户提供高效的查询服务，并对人事进行查询分析。良好的人事管理和人事活动管理，将给公司带来很多有价值的信息为公司经营决策提供帮助。人事管理系统是一个面向企业人事部门工作人员，为其提供服务的综合信息管理系统。人事人员通过本系统完成相关的日常工作，这些工作也是平常较为繁重的工作。员工的个人信息等等都记录在人事系统里进行管理为企业选拔贤能创造一个良好的工作环境，使员工用其所长、人尽其才；关心和改善员工的生活条件，使员工无后顾之忧，充分发挥自己的内在潜力。提供决策Abstract】The enterprise personnel management system mainly uses for to manage the relation crowd group information, the contact person information, the human affairs information record and the human affairs information inquiry and repairs gives. The good human affairs information management and the human affairs activity management, will bring the valuable information to the company, provides the help for the company operating decisions. The personnel management system is one face the enterprise Personnel staff, provides the service for it the comprehensive information management system. The human affairs personnel complete the related routine work through this system, these work are also usually a more arduous work.
