Those of you who were at the joint BD-Marketing meeting in March may have already seen what I’m about to present so pardon me if I sound like a broken record. But what I covered at that meeting was only the Q4 results and highlights. The full year report for 2004 has just been completed so I will share some of the findings from this report today.
