道路交通事故紧急救援多功能工具箱的研究 摘 要 本论文结合当前道路交通事故紧急救援现状，对目前的交通急救工具箱进行分析改进，研究设计出一种新型的急救多功能工具箱（与安全气囊联动），它内装电钻、电动多功能钳、撬斧、逆变器、冲击笔和电线，医用包扎用品放置在工具箱外面挂带里。为了更好地完善道路交通事故急救系统，本论文还对智能紧急呼救定位系统和汽车行驶记录仪进行了研究。当发生道路交通事故、有乘员被挤压在车内时，其他车辆乘员或过往人员可用破拆工具及时有效地将事故车辆破坏，救出被困的车乘人员，并对他们进行简单地包扎，节省后续救援时间，同时汽车上的智能紧急呼救定位系统立即向交通有关部门发送信号，有关部门接收到信号后马上确定事故车辆位置，并联系救援人员前往事故现场进行救援，大大降低伤亡率；另外汽车行驶记录仪会将事故前和事故瞬间的记录永久保存，作为日后交通管理部门界定交通事故责任的依据。 关键词： 急救工具箱；破拆工具；车辆定位系统；行车记录仪 The research of multi-function toolbox in emergency rescue of road traffic accident Abstract The paper, referring to the current emergency situation of road traffic accident and improving the first aid toolbox, designs a kind of new multifunctional toolbox (the airbag is linked with the toolbox), which is installed by electric drill , electric multi-function pliers, pry axe, inverter, impact pen and wire products, besides medical bandage supplies are placed outside the toolbox. In order to improve the emergency system of road traffic acciden, the paper also studys the intelligent positioning system and vehicle recorder . When a traffic accident happens and crew are squeezed in the car, the rest of the crew or the past person will use the broken tools to rescue the people squeezed in the car effectively and timely ,and simply bandage, saving the subsequent rescue time. At the same time, the emergency positioning system immediately send signal to the related traffic departments, who immediately determine position and contact the rescue workers to the scene for rescuing. In addition, the vehicle data recorder will record the moment of before the accident and accident permanently, as the definition of the traffic accident liability basis.
