天津市客车桥有限公司生产物流方案设计.doc

摘 要 企业的生产物流管理水平关系到产品成本的高低、影响着企业的经济效益，其如今已经发展成为企业的一个重要竞争要素。本文的研究目的就是针对天津市客车桥有限公司内生产物流管理现状所存在的问题，构建出适用于本厂的生产物流的方案，以提高本厂的生产物流管理水平。 本文首先介绍了企业生产物流管理的现状及课题的研究背景，库存大且不能按期交货是目前企业所面临的主要问题，由此说明了本文研究的必要性和意义。 然后对常见的企业生产物流管理模式JIT的运作原理、物流特性进行了分析，总结各自的优缺点。而且还针对所研究的对象的生产物流状况进行了简要地综述和分析。接着针对天津市客车桥有限公司厂内的生产物流状况，运用多种方法对企业的厂区、生产线、库存进行了详细分析，找出目前存在于天津市客车桥有限公司的主要问题。针对这些问题，本文中提出了一种基于JIT思想设计适合本厂的生产物流管理模式，具体包含: 厂区布局分析、现场生产流水线、厂内的库存管理的布置。在文中详述这三方面的实施过程。 最后，在文章的结尾对全文进行了总结，并对今后的研究的工作做出了展望。 关键词: 企业生产物流管理，JIT，库存管理，生产物流 Abstract The level of an enterprise’s production logistic management which has an effect on the costs and the profits has already become one of the important factors in competition. The purpose of this treatise is to provide a production logistic plan that applies to the factory to upgrade the level of production logistic management facing the existing problems in it. We first introduce the status quo of an enterprise’s production logistic management and the background of the issue. Large stock and not being able to deliver the goods are the main problems that the enterprise faces at present, from here they indicate the meaning and necessity of the research we did. Then we sum up the advantages and disadvantages after analyzing the operating principles of the enterprise produces the logistic distribution management pattern. JIT and the characteristics of logistic.Moreover we briefly summarize and analyze the situation of production logistic .Then we find the main problems existing in Tianjin Passenger train Bridge Factory after detailed analysis on the factory’s location ,stock and production line in many methods directing at the production logistic situation in Tianjin Passenger train Bridge Factory. Directing at these problems, this treatise put forward a suitable Production logistic distribution management pattern on the basis of JIT theory ,which include analysis of the factory layout ,the scene process line and the overall arrangement of the stock management.
