摘 要 随着我国建筑业的迅速发展，建筑实力也在不断壮大，但是，成本管理中的 各种不利问题也随之出现。本文的研究目的就是研究这些问题产生的根源并探索 有效的解决问题的途径，提出有针对性的对策及建议。 本文以项目成本管理理论研究为依据，主要分析了 Z 公司项目成本管理的现 状、存在的问题、问题存在的相关原因以及公司项目成本管理的方法与控制措施， 结合 Z 公司项目成本管理的案例分析，找出 Z 公司项目成本管理中人工费管理、 材料费管理、机械费管理、其他直接费管理和间接费管理中存在的问题，并提出 了解决这些问题的对策和建议。 通过本文的研究分析，本文的结论是：要解决 Z 公司目前项目成本管理中存 在的问题，应该做到以下几点： ① 针对 Z 公司成本管理中人工费高、缺乏成本意识的问题，本文提出了要 从促进公司项目成本管理能力提高这个角度进行解决，分三个方面进行研究的： 一、员工成本意识的提升；二是员工管理知识的提升；三是公司成本管理工具的 提升。 ② 针对 Z 公司成本管理中建筑材料费浪费严重的问题，本文提出了目标成 本管理的方法进行解决。 ③ 针对 Z 公司成本管理中工程交付工期经常延期、质量成本高、安全事故 多的问题，本文提出了加强成本考核，建立严格的成本考核制度、强化项目管理 责任制和建立工程量控制中心的方法进行解决。 关键词：成本管理 项目管理 成本控制体系 I ABSTRACT With the rapid development of Chinas construction industry, building strength is also growing, but cost management in a variety of adverse problems also arise. In this paper, the purpose of the research was to study these root causes of these problems and to explore effective ways to solve the problem and put forward relevant proposals.
