摘 要 本研究在社会认同理论框架下探讨流动儿童的歧视应对机制，重点关注我国 流动人口特有的群体认同，流动群体认同的歧视应对作用，具体包括三个研究。 研究一以 110名流动儿童为被试，运用问卷法探讨群体认同与歧视感知、融入策 略的关系；研究二以335名流动儿童为被试进行问卷研究，探讨流动群体认同对 流动儿童歧视应对的保护作用；研究三在此基础上，通过文本启动的方式，以 101名流动儿童为被试，分别设置欢迎情境和歧视情境进行实验研究，从个体自 尊和集体自尊两个层面进一步探讨群体认同在歧视应对中的调节作用。结果发 现： （1）歧视感知导致流动儿童边缘化融入路径的选择。农村群体认同与分离 策略显著负相关、与同化策略显著正相关；城市群体认同则显著预测了负相关的 分离策略；流动群体认同与整合策略显著正相关。 （2）歧视感知对流动儿童的生活满意度有消极影响。在感知到歧视的情况 下，流动儿童会采取增加流动群体认同、减少城市群体认同的方式来缓冲这一不 良影响； （3）流动群体认同无法缓冲歧视感知对于流动儿童集体自尊的消极作用， 而城市群体认同能够进行调节：城市群体认同较低的个体，歧视感知对其集体自 尊的消极影响作用较大，而城市群体认同较高的个体，其集体自尊受到的消极影 响较小。 关键词：流动儿童，歧视感知，社会认同，融入策略 ABSTRACT Based on Social Identity Theory, the research focused on the function of grou identity for Chinese country migrant workers’children to cope with discrimination. Study1 had 110 participants, exploring the relationshi between the perception of discrimination, grou identification and acculturation strategy. Study 2 investigated 335participants todiscusstheprotective effectofthe identificationofmigrant grou to deal with discrimination.
