影响教师接受未来课堂的关键因素分析 摘要 摘要 随着技术的普及,尤其是信息技术的发展成熟,很多技术开始运用到教育中, 并走进课堂。相对于传统课堂来说,新型课堂更加灵活,功能更加强大。国家层 面也增加了对教育中信息技术的投入,促进了教室的升级改造。 近年来,学术界开始重视未来课堂相关研究。其研究主要聚焦在未来课堂理 论研究和新技术应用研究,在应用模式和实践研究中还比较少。另外,国内外已 经开始关注未来课堂实际建设,对于即将投入使用的未来课堂,如何保证教师和 学生能够接受,这方面研究还很少见。 本文首先分析了目前国内关于未来课堂研究的现状以及国内外未来课堂实 践活动开展的情况。然后,进行质性研究,通过扎根理论对访谈数据进行分析, 归纳得出影响未来课堂教师接受的 10 个一般性影响因素。在实证研究中,我们 选择扎根编码过程前五位的因素,构建了教师未来课堂接受模型。接着,对 64 位大学教师进行了问卷调查,使用 SPSS 对模型中各假设进行了检验。得知有用 性、支持与服务和组织氛围正向影响使用意向,易操作性通过有用性间接影响使 用意向。 本文通过将质性分析和量性分析综合运用来探索影响教师接受未来课堂环 境的关键因素,有利于帮助理解教师是否接受未来课堂的相关因素,并对未来课 堂的推广工作提供一定的理论支持。 关键词:未来课堂;教师接受;影响因素 I 影响教师接受未来课堂的关键因素研究 Abstract ABSTRACT With the rapid development of information technology, a variety of technologies have applied to education, walked into classroom. Compared with traditional classroom, the new type of classroom are more flexible and more powerful. Government also has invested substantial financial and human resources for schools to equip technical equipment, promoting the upgrading of the classroom. In recent years, the research about Future Classroom has become a new hotspot in the area of Educational Technology. However, the research focuses on theoretical research and application of new technology research. These is still few research about application model and practical research. Several future classroom has been built based on some basic concept and positioning. One of the issues that followed is whether the environment can be accepted by the teachers and students, however, the research of this is still less.
