Methods Female mice were fed by randomization,then all 60 mice except the ones of negative control group were exposed to 6.0 Gy Coray for wholebodyirradiation on the seventh day. It is observed the pro tective effect of FAC against damageof irradiation by sections of HE. The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) , malondialdehyde ( DA) and capability of antioxygen (TAOC) were analysed by kits. The hemocytolyticeffect of micered blood cell (RBC) treated by 2 + H O and the swelling of liver mitochondria induced by Fe Vit C descentedwith FAC by spectrophotometric methods.
