With the development of the mining industry, the level of mechanization is being improved, but the gas accidents are followed at the amazing rates，the safety of production of coal mines is consequently threatened.The losses caused the accidents are by extremely serious. Therefore, effective prevention and treatment of gas accidents play a significant role in the safe production of coal mines. Given the importance of gas in gob, goaf gas in gob would be the research object in this paper, systematic exposition of the goaf gas occurrence and hazards. Based on Domestic and foreign coal mine safety management theory and Early Warning System Research, the necessities and problems of early warning systems will be outlined . With the help of the numerical simulation of Fluent, gas migration law would be obtained in the gob.This paper Identifies that upper corner is the key position of the gas warning. By combining of two prediction models, and set prediction, the integrated safety warning system would be realized with functions of set forecasting and management.
