· 84· 亓宪银．等复方苦参注射液对肺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响复方苦参注射液对肺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响亓宪银，刘民杰 Effec~ofcompoundMatrineinjectionontheimmunologicfunctionofpatientswithlung cancerundergoingchemotherapyafterresection QiXianyin，LiuMinjie DepartmentofThoracicSurgery，LaiwuHospitalAffiliatedtoTaishanMedicalCollege，ShandongLaiwu271100，China．【Abstract】 Objective：Toevaluatethee~etsofcompoundMatrineinjectionontheimmunologicfunctionofpa— tientswithlungcancerundergoingchemotherapyafterresection．Methods：Sixtypatientswithnon—smallcelllung cancer(NSCLC)afterresectionwererandomlydividedintotwogroups：30patientsinthecontrolgroupreceivedGP chemotherapyalone，30patientsinexperimentalgroupweretreatedwiththesamechemotherapyregimecombinedwith 20ml／dcompoundMatrineinjectionduring1—8daysofchemotherapy．ThenumberofTlymphocytesubsets：(CD3 ， CD4 ，CD8 )andthebloodroutineofallpatientswereexaminedinbloodsamplesat1daybeforechemotherapyand after8daysofchemotherapy．Results：Incontrolrgoup，thenumbersofCD3 ，CD4 TcellsandCD4 ／CD8 ratio significantlydeclinedthanthosebeforechemotherapy(P0．05)whileCD8 Tlymphocytenumberwasincreasedsig— nificantly．Inexperimentalgroup，therewerenosignificantdifferencesbetweenthenumbersofCD3 ，CD4 ，CD8 T cellsandCD4 ／CD8 ratiobeforeandafterchemotherapy(P0．05)．Afterchemotherapy，thenunlbersofCD3 ， C1M TcellsandCD4 ／CD8 ratiowerehigherinexperimentalgroupthanincontrolgroup(P0．05)，whilethe numberofCD8 T lymphocytewassimilarbetweentwogroups．Numberofwhitebloodcellsandlymphocytelransfor— marionrateofperipheralbloodweresignificantlyhigherinexperimentalgroupthanincontrolrgoupafterchemothera— py(P0．01)．Conclusion：CompoundMatrineinjectioncanimprovetheimmunologicfunctionofpatientsreceiving ehemotherapyafterlungcancerresection．【Keywords】compoundMatrineinjection；non—smallcelllungcancer(NSCLC)：immunologicfunction
