摘 要 时代的发展，日新月异。社会科学发展迅速，有人说这是社会科学发展的又一个春天。然而在今天的社会，越是强调某一个职业或某一群体的重要性，越是说明这些职业或这一群体不被重视。例如，强调保护妇女的合法权益，说明妇女的权益还没有得到很好地保护，我们国家不但为妇女制定了专门的法律，还为未成年人和残疾人制定了专门的法律，这是因为这些群体在社会上属于弱势群体，这些人的权益在总体上还难以得到有效的保护。就是在这样的一个大环境下秘书学的发展已经成为一门确确实实需要得到更多关注的学科。 秘书工作古而有之，但是在社会上出现的种种关于秘书工作性别差异引起的问题的讨论。我觉得正是我们研究秘书发展的最具有时代意义和现实意义的话题。如何正确看待社会主义市场经济条件下秘书性别角色差异，正确预测21世纪中国对女秘书的需求状况，这对培养和起用秘书人员有着深远的意义。当前社会上有不少人对此认识模糊，甚至存在着错误认识，因此很有必要加以探讨。 关键词 性别差异，秘书工作，关注，影响  ABSTRACT Development of the times, ever-changing.
