Logistics cost has become a main “bottleneck” for further development of national economy of China. So, it’s very important to explore modern logistics operational mechanism and find out the way to decrease logistics cost effectively. Postal logistics is an important branch of modern logistics. Although Postal logistics is at beginning stage at present, but is with huge future potential market. It is very significant and useful to make deeply research on postal logistics operational mechanism and model in order to encourage postal logistics development in China.
