心理护理在社区老年高血压患者护理中的作用研究 齐国娥 杨老虎 于瑞彦 （河北省第六人民医院预防保健科 河北 保定 071000） 【摘要】 目的 对心理护理在社区老年高血压患者护理中的作用进行研究，为社区老年高血压患者的护理提供参考。方法 以我科2013年2月-2014年2月进行护理的136例老年高血压患者为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，每组68例。一组研究对象进行血压监测和用药指导等常规护理为对照组；一组研究对象在常规护理的基础上进行心理护理，为观察组。护理2个月后，对研究对象的血压和症状自评量表进行比较，并进行统计学分析。结果 观察组研究对象血压控制在正常范围60例，血压控制正常率为88.2%，较对照组64.7%的血压正常率有显著优势，具有统计学意义（χ2=10.46,P＜0.01）；在症状自评量表的比较中，观察组具有显著优势，具有统计学意义（t=2.38,P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理应用于社区老年高血压患者的护理中，能够显著改善血压的控制情况，改善临床症状，改善患者的生活质量，具有重要的临床价值。 【关键词】 心理护理；老年性高血压；症状自评量表；生活质量 ?
