盐酸贝那普利(洛汀新)治疗心房颤动的临床研究 王洪静1 周雪艳2 （1.大庆龙南医院干部病房，黑龙江 大庆 163453 2.吉林 大学中日联谊医院心内科，吉林 长春 130031） [摘要] 目的：探讨应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗房颤的临床意义；方法：60例房颤患者随机分为2组，1组常规治疗设为对照组，1组在给予常规治疗的基础上加用ACEI类药物（洛汀新）设为治疗组，观测两组房颤患者的转复成功率、房颤复发率、左心功能EF%、左房大小，血管紧张素II水平（AngII），心电图ST段改变，随访6个月，结果：治疗组较对照组AngII浓度降低，房颤转复成功率高，复发率低、左心房缩小，半年后发生心功能不全的比例均较对照组低。结论：房颤患者早期应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂，可能改善房颤的转律效果及抑制心房重构，改善心功能。 [关键词] 心房颤动 肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统 血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂 盐酸贝那普利 [中图分类号] R541.75 [文献标识码] B The clinical research of Benazepril hydrochloride(lotensin) to treat atrial fibrillation WANG Hong-jing1,ZHOU Xue-yan2 (1.Department of Cadre Ward,Longnan hospital, Daqing163453,China;2.DepartmentofCardiovascula-r China-Japan Union Hospital，Jilin University，Changchun 130031，China) Abstract: Objective To discuss vascular tension pigment conversion enzyme inhibitor treatment atrial fibrillation of clinical significance. Conclusion: Atrial fibrillation in patients with early use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, may improve the transfer legal effect and suppression of atrial fibrillation atrial remodeling, improving cardiac function.
