It avoids misjudgment caused by the separately analytic hierarchy process and unquantifiable situation by the entropy method. Taking subway line 1 of Dalian as an example and based on the actual property surrounding residential development，the weight of each influence factor is determined. It is significant to the prediction of the housing prices surrounding urban rail transit.
