中国科技论文在线 江汉平原农户减灾需求及影响因素分析# 罗小锋* （华中农业大学经管学院，武汉，430070 ） 5 摘要：研究农户减灾需求，对于有效推进农业减灾具有重要意义。本文以江汉平原352 户农 户的问卷调查结果为依据，从农户减灾需求率和减灾需求模型2 个层面，研究农户减灾需求 现状及其影响因素。农户减灾需求调查表明，有 81% 以上的农户对减灾措施有需求。减灾 需求模型的定量分析表明，具有不同家庭特征、外部环境特征的农户对减灾需求结果表现不 同。村庄地形、参加合作组织及村庄贫富状况对农户减灾需求有较为显著的影响；村庄类型、 10 家庭年纯收入、农业收入比重、户主年龄、受教育程度、农业保险了解度对农户减灾需求影 响不显著。 关键词：减灾需求；影响因素；江汉平原 中图分类号：F328 15 Analysis of peasant household’s needs for disaster reduction and influencing factors in Jianghan plain Luo Xiaofeng (college of economics management,Huazhong Agricultural University,Wuhan,430070) Abstract: IThat studying peasant household’s needs for disaster reduction is signality for promoting 20 the disaster reduction of agriculture.The research was based on the questionnaire of 352 peasant households of Jianghan Plain. Through analyzing the rate of demand for disaster reduction by peasant household and the requirement model of disaster reduction, the study intended to explain the needs for disaster reduction and influencing factors. The investigation of the application rate revealed that 81% of the households needed measures for disaster reduction. The quantitative analysis of the requirements 25 model of disaster reduction showed that different requirements existed due to different domestic and external environments of the households. Village terrain, cooperating organizations and economic conditions of Village have remarkable influence on the requirements of disaster reduction. As well as village t
