The assessment values of the integrated input, the integrated output and the integrated using efficiency of auxiliary resources in agriculture of each city of Anhui were achieved. Based on the plot of the integrated input and the integrated output, by comparison of different regions and different times, it was shown that auxiliary resources increased generally in each city of Anhui along with their economic development and indeed raised the yield of agriculture in most of cities but the integrated using efficiency of auxiliary resources decreased.
