工会参与企业社会工作研究 中文摘要 工会参与企业社会工作研究 ——以苏州某企业工会的危机介入模式为例 中文摘要 随着改革开放的深入，我国面临社会体制转型的重要时期。各种社会矛盾凸显， 企业员工若不能够解决所面对的困难与压力，就容易引发危机事件，从而影响企业的 生产效率。工会在我国企业中曾经起到十分重要的作用，但是由于社会发展变革，工 会需要作出相应的改变。本文基于个案工作的通用流程，并结合笔者在某企业工会实 习的经历，试图借助工会平台对企业员工进行危机介入，帮助企业员工顺利渡过难关， 恢复生产能力。工会参与企业社会工作是将工会的角色赋予新的意义，同时也有助于 找到企业社会工作的本土化路径。 关键词： 工会 企业社会工作 危机介入 作 者：陈 琛 指导老师：宋言奇 I Abstract Labor Unions Participated in Industrial Social Work Research Labor Unions Participated in Industrial Social Work Research ——A Case Study of Crisis Intervention Mode of Labor Union in Suzhou Abstract With the deepening of reform and opening up, China is facing an important period of transformation of the social system. Various social contradictions highlight, if the employees are not able to solve the difficulties and the pressure they faced, fit will be transformed into a crisis event, thus affecting the production efficiency. Labor unions have played a very important role in Chinas enterprises, but due to the change of social environment, the role of trade unions has new changes.
