As such, the effect of imperfect production processes and the transportation cost is not adequately reflected in final planning decisions. In this paper , w e incorporate transportation cost explicitly into the modeland develop optimal solution procedures for solving the integrated models. A llunitdiscount transportation cost structures have been considered. Numerical example w as provided to illustrate the solution procedure. Finally , this paper analyzed the influence of the transportation cost, repair cost and w arranty cost for optimal production quantities and units of the total cost. M eanw hile, machine failure rate and freight discounts for the difference of production strategies have been compared and some value conclusions have been got.
