摘 要 犹太民族作为一个重视教育的民族，从 15 世纪就开始了建立本民族高等教育的努 力，20 世纪初，犹太复国主义者秉承洪堡大学理念在巴勒斯坦地区建立了理工学院和希 伯来两所大学。本文以希伯来大学为样本，分析了以色列大学管理模式的历史渊源，在 对以八所大学为主体的高等教育体系概貌描述的基础上，分析了以色列高等教育的特 色。从犹太民族特殊的历史际遇和宗教的角度，对犹太民族高度重视教育的原因进行了 分析。高等教育也存在学术腐败和少数民族教育权利不平等的问题，这些问题的解决面 临着巨大的困难，但其高等教育的法制化也为解决这些困难提供了潜在的手段。 关键词：以色列，高等教育，大学理念 I Abstract Jewish people belongs to an educational type, From the 15th century Jewish people began trying to establish their own universities. In the early 20th century, the Zionists who adhered to the idea of the university of Wilhelm Von Humboldt in Palestine established the Israel Institute of Technology and the Hebrew University. The Hebrew University was the earliest university ,as a sample, the paper analyzes the management mode of universities of Israel in history and the characteristics of Israeli higher education , based on the main profile description of eight universities. From Jewish special historical fortune and religion, Jewish people attached great importance to education, this paper analyses the reasons .There exist some problems in the higher education field including academic corruption and inequality in educational right to minority. these problems faced enormous difficulties, but the legalization of higher education also provides the means to resolve these problems.
