摘 要 本论文以现代项目管理理论为指导，在分析现行的企业上市辅导程序的基础 上，探索了投资银行运用项目管理理论改善企业上市辅导运作工作的必要性，重 点分析了目前投资银行的上市辅导业务中存在的比较普遍的问题，希望通过项目 管理的方法来解决这些问题。研究了将项目管理中时间进度管理、人力资源管理、 质量管理、成本管理等理论以及项目后评价方法运用于投资银行上市辅导项目管 理工作中，重点探讨了公司上市辅导时间管理控制和在公司上市后进行后评价的 问题。 本文紧紧抓住项目运作的四个关键环节，围绕着项目的四大要素，重点从四 个方面对项目的范围管理、时间管理、成本管理和质量管理等方面进行探讨，运 用项目管理的相关知识，如工作结构分解、网络图、时间进度表，以及结合 Porject2003 软件工具的使用，融合金融学、宏观经济学、财务管理、战略管理、 组织行为学等学科方面的知识与技能，对上市辅导进行全面项目管理研究，为资 本运作设计一个科学合理的项目管理实施方案，意在能使投资银行更好的为上市 公司服务，并在其过程中提升自身竞争力。 关键词：项目，项目管理，投资银行，工作分解，进度，沟通 I ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to explore the use of project management theory to improve the operation of enterprises listed on the need for counseling. The paper use the modern project management theory as a guide, to analyses the existing listed companies based on the counseling process, focusing on analysis of the current listing of business that exist in counseling more common problems in the hope that through the project management approach to address these issues. This paper studied time management, human resources management, quality management, cost management and post-project evaluation methods applied to investment banks listed on the work of project management counseling, focuses on time management counseling company listed in the companys control and listed after the issue of post-evaluation.
