2 0 0 8 年 4 月 农 业 机 械 学 报 第 39 卷 第 4 期 单圆盘甘蔗切割器影响破头率的运动学仿真 吕　勇 　杨 　坚 　梁兆新 　莫建霖 　乔艳辉 　　【摘要】　利用有限元软件 AN SYS 对甘蔗切割进行有限元分析 ,制定了单圆盘甘蔗切割器切割甘蔗的坏切割 状态判别标准 ,通过物理试验制定了刀盘压破蔗头的判别标准 。利用动力学仿真分析软件 ADAM S 进行了切割器 连续切割多根甘蔗的运动学仿真 ,定量研究了影响切割状态和压破蔗头的各因素及交互作用对破头率的影响机 理 。结果表明 ,小频率和小速比、小振幅和少刀片的组合有利于降低破头率 ,当频率 、振幅为零 ,速比为 24 ,倾角为 15°,刀片数 目为 2 片时破头率为 67 % 。 关键词 : 甘蔗 　切割器 　坏切割状态 　仿真 　机理 中图分类号 : S2255 + 3 文献标识码 : A Simulative Kinematics Analysis on the Aff ecting Factors of Rate of Broken Biennial Root of Single Base Cutter of Sugarcane Harvester 1 1 2 2 1 L üYong 　Yang J ian 　Liang Zhaoxin 　Mo J ianlin 　Qiao Yanhui ( 1.
