Be- cause of the lacks of capital, technology, facility and professionals, a lot of mineral resources are still not exploited on a large scale. At present, mineral resources are extremely intense, and therefore it is actively significance to invest in Zambia and exploit its mineral resources. T his paper makes the view of investing mineral resources in Zambia on the base of analysis on mineral resources and the environment of investment of Zambia.
