本科毕业论文 （20 届） 基于Tribon的对拖轮船体的生产设计 摘 要 随着08年金融危机的过去，11年我国船舶工业迅速复苏，在规模和质量上都进行了巨大的发展，各船厂在以往主抓精度和工艺的基础上，为提高造船速度和出图的准确性，又开始采用数字化生产设计。国内目前采用的数字化生产设计的软件较多，其中除了适合国内生产模式的沪东软件外，Tribon软件以其出图美观，集成功能强大，在国内也深受喜爱。 21世纪是海洋的世纪，相对于海上运输，对于海上资源的开发也是非常被人们所重视。随着海洋工程平台在各个国家的发展，与海洋工程平台相对应的工程船舶拖轮也开始变的流行。工程船舶相对于散货船和油船，结构复杂，单位体积内设备密集，船舶功能多，船型小，设备安装和调试困难，施工工艺复杂，所以对生产设计中的工艺性要求高。 本人在介绍Tribon软件的主要功能及特点基础上，结合造船基本工艺及流程，并对用于海上平台供应的拖轮进行生产设计，提供详细的施工图纸，制定优良的工艺方案，进而缩短建造周期，降低生产成本，提高产品质量。 [关键词] 拖轮；生产设计；工艺；Tribon Production design of tugboat’s hull bases on Tribon [Abstract]With the past of the 2008 ecnomic crisis, Chinese shipbuilding industry is recovery so soon in 2011,size and quality all have made great progress. Each shipyard concentrates on the precision and technology in the past. Now, they are beginning to use digital production design to improve the speed of shipbuilding and accuracy of the drawing. Currently, the digital design software used in domestic production are various. Beside the software HD what is suitable for domestic production patterns, the software Tribon is popular favorite in china because of beautiful plot and powerful integrating. The 21st century is the century of ocean, compared to sea transportation, marine resources for the development is also very seriously by the people. With the development of the offshore platform in various countries, the tugboat what is corresponding to the ship platform begin to be popular. Engineering ship relative to the bulk carriers and oil tankers, the structure is more complex，the density per unit volume of equipment is more higher，the ship features is more small，equipment installation and commissioning is difficulties and complexity，the production is more hard，so the process of production design requirements high. This discourse is base upon the introducing the main functions and features of the software Tribon, make the production design for tugboat for supplying the offshore platform with the Tribon, provide detailed construction dra
