本科毕业论文 （20 届） 辅助产品设计的专利管理系统的实现 专业：机械设计制造及其自动化 摘要 专利是世界上最大的信息源，其内容包含了世界科技信息的90%以上。专利信息是蕴含在专利文献中的关于申请专利保护的范围、专利的发明创造的技术内容、以及权利人、专利有效期等内容的信息。有效利用专利知识信息，将会对产品创新设计起到很好的作用。 通过分析专利知识的结构和表达方式，提出了一种利用专利知识库来辅助产品创新的方法，即通过分析失效专利和保护专利中的各种知识，利用区别分类方法建立专利，本文先从产品创新设计方法的研究现状专利，管理系统辅助产品设计的研究现状，基于专利知识管理的产品设计方法，海洋机械产品的专利知识获取方法，辅助产品设计的专利管理系统的实现，辅助产品创新，通过专利知识辅助创新设计的方法研究，提出一个专利知识获取系统，该系统由知识库、专利库和各功能模块组成，通过VB和SQL建立一个数据库，来更好的解析专利的目的和用途 关键词：专利知识；知识获取；产品创新；专利分析; ABSTRACT Patent is the biggest information source in the world, which contains 90-95% .world technology information.
