An army of Juris Master graduates have been the strong force in the occupation of legal construction. As the employees of this sacred occupation, their responsibility is to guarantee that the Articles of Law can be carried out exactly and the social justice can be maintained. While because of the deficiency in the education of the Juris Master’s professional ethics, the delinquency in the law employees increases rapidly, which greatly reduces the expectation and the relief the public hold on the law employees and prevents the development of this industry. The essay will analyze the present state of the education of the Juris Master and the the prominent problems in a scientific way. It aims to cause people’s attention on the problems through discussing the reform and innovation in education of the moral ethics for the Juris Master. It is hoped that the essay can prove some advices for the education of the moral ethics for the Juris Master. Key words: Juris Master; Education of the Moral Ethics in Law; Reform and Innovation 浅论法律硕士职业道德现状和前景分析 引 言 任何职业，因其是人们长期所从事的具有专门业务和特定职责的社会活动，有着独特的职业责任和职业纪律，因此形成了特殊的道德准则和规范。法律职业道德，是指法官、检察官、律师等法律职业人员在其职务活动与社会生活中所应遵循的行为规范总和。法律职业道德是社会伦理体系的重要组成部分，是社会道德在法律职业领域中的具体体现和升华。伯尔曼在《法律与革命》中将法律职业道德的传承作为法律职业共同体的一个重要特征。① 随着法制化进程，政法部门及社会其他部门都急需大批较高层次的应用型、复合型法律人才1996年国务院学位委员会办公室批准截至2010年，经批准的培养单位共有115所作为法律从业人员，其保证法律正确实施，维护社会公平正义，促进法冶发展。然而法律职业人员的违法犯罪行为，却极大降低了社会公众的法冶期待和司法公信力，阻滞了法治的进程。人们不得不反思。是什么强大的力量驱使这些知法者犯法? 探求法律职业人员违法犯罪之根源，发现并非其法律知识不丰富
