中国药师　 　 2014年第17卷第9期　 　 China Pharmacist2014,Vol.17　 No.9 资丘木瓜采收期对商品性状的影响 1 2 1 靳李娜 　 覃江文　 刘义梅 　 (1.湖北中医药大学　 武汉430065;2.长阳资丘木瓜协会) 摘　 要　 目的:了解资丘木瓜采收期对商品性状的影响,确定能保持其传统性状特征的最佳采收期。 方法:测定不同采收期 资丘木瓜的醇溶性浸出物含量、重量以及酸度,并对资丘木瓜产区近3年的天气情况进行总结,结合产地晒制加工过程,探讨 适宜采收期。 结果:从6 月7 日~8 月27 日,资丘木瓜果实平均重量6 月最低,8 月最高,其密度以7 月中旬最高;在整个采收 时间内,资丘木瓜的醇溶性浸出物含量变化不明显;7 月中下旬为高温、干燥少雨天气,适于晒制。 结论:结合传统习惯,晒制 条件,商品性状,确定资丘木瓜的最佳采收期为7 月中旬。 关键词　 资丘木瓜;采收期;浸出物含量;重量;酸度 中图分类号:R282.71　 　 文献标识码:A　 　 文章编号:1008-049X(2014)09-1519-03 Influence of Harvest Time on the Characters of Chaenomeles Spciosa (Sweet) Nakai 1 2 1 Jin Lina ,QinJiangwen ,Liu Yimei (1.Hubei University of Chinese Medicine,Wuhan 430065,China;2.Changyang Ziqiu Papaya Association) ABSTRACT　 Objective:Tostudytheinfluenceofharvesttimeonthecharactersof ChaenomelesSpciosa (Sweet)Nakaitodetermine the optimal harvest timewith traditional characters of the Chinese medicine.Methods:In order to explore the optimal harvest time of Chaenomeles Spciosa (Sweet) Nakai,the content of alcohol-soluble extract,weight and acidity of Chaenomeles Spciosa (Sweet) Nakai with different harvest timewere determined,theweather conditionsinrecent3 yearswas summarized,andthe dryingprocesswasalso studied. Results:Theaverageweightof ChaenomelesSpciosa(Sweet)NakaiwasthelowestinJuneandhighestinAugust,andtheden- sity reached maximum in mid-July. Duringthewholeharvest time,the content of alcohol-soluble extractwas stable. Theweather con- ditions from mid-July tolate-Julywerewith hightemperature,dry andlittlerain,whichwas suitablefor drying of Chaenomeles Spciosa (Sweet) Nakai. Conclusion:Theoptimalharvesttimeof ChaenomelesSpciosa(Sweet)Nakaiisconfirmedinmid-Julyaccordingtothe traditional customs,drying conditions and characters of the Chinese medicine.
