Data of immunoenhancers used from 2010 to 2012 were collected through the network Methods ： information system database and analyzed by DDDs analysis and consumption ordering method. Results: The consumption sum of immunoenhancers revealed an increased tendency from 2010 to 2012, the annual growth rate was 19.26% and 22.60% respectively. Consumption sum of biological agents occupied the largest proportion of the overall medication. Meanwhile, the consumption sum of microbial agents reduced year by year, while the consumption sum of herbal medicine increased. Conclusion: As adjuvant drugs, immunoenhancers were widely used in clinic and there were unreasonable applications of them.
