Abstract: A tw olevel dualchannel supply chain m odel w as const ruct ed. T he risk at tit ude
w as considered. T w o dif f erent oper at ional m ode competit ive mo de and cooperative mode, w ere
analysized and co mpared. T he analyt ical condit ion of t hat the manuf act ur er and the retailer choo se
coo peratio n in t he elect ronic channel w as obtained . T he impact of risk aversion on prof it o f supply
chain parties and operat ional mode w ere discussed. T he pro fit dist ribut ion mechanism in
coo peratio n mode w as analysed . St udies show that t he opt imal direct channel pr ice and opt imal
ret ailer channel price are not influenced w het her r et ailer and manuf act urer cooper at e or not , but
inf luenced by risk aversion of tw o part ies . Wit hin cert ain co ndit ions, manuf act urer and ret ailer w ill
achieve P aret o opt im al if t hey choo se cooper at ion .
